order in SR TELEBRANDS firstly you get Registered in our site. For Registration
you need to provide your complete details such as Name, Date of Birth, Contact
Number, Email ID, Address etc., or you can Register as a Guest User without
Mandatory Details.
2. You
are responsible for your account details maintaining confidentiality and you
are fully responsible for all the activities that done under your account.
3. SR TELEBRANDS never share your account details
contained your personal information with the third party.
Order Acceptance
Delivery & Payment
1. We
will accept all your orders for customers satisfaction, some orders may not
accept under non legal conditions.
2. We
will deliver your order maxmimum time in 2 to 7 days. We are not responsible
for delay or failure of order delivery due to indirect forces like climate acts ,
vehicle breakdown, bandhs, strikes riots, traffic etc.,
3. Order
above 100/- will be delivered free of charge. Below 100/- there will be a delivery
fee of 25/-
4. Cash
on Delivery, No acceptance of Credit Cards.

The MRP provided on your ordered date that will
be applicable for your delivery.
Order Returns
1. SR
TELEBRANDS never disappoint the customers in maintaining quality of Products.
May in some case any damage or any expired products delivered you can return
them in 48 hours.
2. If
Brand or Weight varies in delivering your order you can return it in 48 hours.
Cancellation &
Change In Order
1. You can make changes or modify your
order before the order is dispactched.
2. If
you need to cancel your order you can cancel before the order is dispatched.
3. There will be taken legal actions if
any cancellation of orders after delivering.
